Volunteer positions

As a Front of House Volunteer, duties may include:

• Meet and greet members of the public
• Assist with adoption paperwork
• Answer and redirect phone calls
• Sort donations and stock our retail store
• Help with general administrative tasks

We’re looking for volunteers who are:

• At least 16 years old
• Able to commit to a weekly, four-hour shift for at least six months
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with people

Please note, it is critical that volunteers apply for areas where they have an interest in volunteering. Volunteers may not be able to switch to other areas after applying. If your desired volunteer area isn’t currently accepting applications, it would be preferable to wait until that position reopens.
