Making a difference in Taumarunui
Volunteer with usSPCA in the Central King Country is based in Taumarunui but covers a wide area around the town.
Unlike most SPCAs, Taumarunui does not have a physical Centre so all animals coming into care are placed in foster homes within the community or transferred to nearby centres (like the Taupo Centre) until they can be rehomed.
